Paint Heads...and other stuff today

I cleaned parts...removed side covers and a few other things...Polished 1 rocker box...Polishing will take some time but it will be sooooooooo worth it....

Can you tell which one is polished ... lol 

Wow big difference...I will do this on everything aluminum :-)

Cleaning some parts

While waiting on paint I took some time to clean on some parts...I drilled the handlebars and plan to run my electrical inside the bars....Only going to use the controls on one side and only one mirror....Less is more

Worked on the Harley Today

Haven't had a chance to work on the Harley much but I have been researching parts and studying the repair manual that I now have....I coated the seam on the tank and a couple of bad places with filler and I did some wet sanding today...Its taking shape ...Kinda starting to look like something that could possibly resemble a motorcycle someday :-)

Paint Strip and Primer

I've stripped off the old paint and painted primer on the parts...it took a few days working a couple hours each evening..I finished the primer today...I will have to work the middle of the tank and a few spots here and there so there will be a little more primer to spray but not much...
